The biggest lifesaving competition in Belgium. Last two years we had over 400 competitors coming from several European Countries.

Behind the scenes we have made some adjustments to this year’s FILCOW.
The main changes are:
The new age categories: 15-18 year and 19+. FILCOW is not longer open for youth born after 31/12/2011. Master can compete in the 19+ category.
We also reduced the number of relays.
This year Blankenberge will be the host city for FILCOW.

We will work with Live Heats for the marshalling and result handling. Athletes can buy their own wristband via the competition registration page on live heats. We will not provide wristband rentals.
